Extinction of Mankind from England is the history of crust already. Formed in 1992, in the last 20 years they have toured with Wolfpack, Misery, Skitsystem among the others, have unleashed splits with Doom, Misery, Warcollapse and Phobia, plus 3 more singles and 3 full-lengths. Their sound has always been unique, influenced equally by Amebix, Discharge and Antisect, through the years it has become more and more crushing with metal fills and a Venom+Celtic Frost vibe, reaching the peak on "Northern Scum", one of the most devastating crust albums ever. Originally recorded in 2006 it sees the light again on a limited vinyl press with improved layout for those who missed it.

Forming in 1992, they may have just missed out on the first wave of Thatcher-baiting but quickly made up for it by releasing splits with British crust originators DOOM and Swedish punk savages WARCOLLAPSE, touring heavily with both bands – even inducting DOOM guitarist SCOOT into the band in 1998.
Tours with SKITSYSTEM, MISERY and WOLFPACK (now WOLFBRIGADE) followed, and in true DIY punk rock style, what they lacked in full-length albums (the last being 2006's 'NORTHERN SCUM'), they more than made up for with their incredible live shows.

EXTINCTION OF MANKIND is an English crust punk band formed in 1992. Despite not being as famous as acts such as Amebix, Antisect or Doom, the combo stands as one of the most important bands of the scene. Crust as fuck: dirty sound, primitive and syncopated riffs, red-raw miasma of guitars in torment, tortured harmonics and raging percussion. The screamed vocals are the sound of defiance, the sound of a throat stripped raw. EXTINCTION OF MANKIND are as heavy as a concrete slab and a monster in the live environment: there’s gonna be some bruised noses and broken bones in the pit…
